Et n'oubliez pas que c'est notre seigneur Jésus de Nazareth qui a dit qu'il s’adressait au peuple en paraboles "car le coeur de ce peuple est devenu insensible; ils ont endurci leurs oreilles, et ils ont fermé leurs yeux".(2)
(1) Un des fondateurs de l'Ecole milésienne, Thalès de Milet (vers 624 v.Chr.- 545 v.Chr.) est historiquement reconnu comme le premier philosophe scientifique de la civilisation occidentale.
Il avait deux points de départ:
1. La distinction entre le naturel et le surnaturel: Les conclusions sur l'univers peuvent être basées uniquement sur l'univers lui-même (pas sur la mythologie et les dieux).
2. Les opinions doivent être supporté par des arguments: c'est le début de la discussion scientifique.

(1) One of the founders of the Milesian School, Thales of Miletus (c. 624 v.Chr - 545 v.Chr.) is historically recognized as the first scientific philosopher of Western civilization.
He had two starting points:
1. The distinction between the natural and the supernatural: Conclusions about the universe can be based only on the universe itself (not on mythology and gods).
2. Opinions must be supported by arguments: this is the start of scientific discussion.
